 What We Believe
(and why we believe it!) *
A church's doctrinal teachings should be what sets it apart from the world. Fifth Street Baptist Church of Levelland, Texas, proudly holds to the historic fundamentals of the Christian faith. These include – but are not necessarily limited to – the following:

The verbal inspiration and absolute infallibility of God's Word, the Holy Bible

The virgin birth of His Son, the Lord Jesus Christ (He was fathered by none other than the Holy Spirit)

The deity of Jesus Christ. He was (and is) no less God than God the Father or God the Holy Spirit

His sinless, exemplary life, followed by His death, burial, and glorious resurrection

His imminent Second Coming for His redeemed – His church
-
Salvation by grace through faith in Jesus' shed blood, plus . . . PLUS NOTHING ELSE!
